2010 AnnouncementsHog Roast: Sunday, September 5th (Labor Day weekend!) is the Hog Roast in Ward Springs (same location as last year). The party starts at 4:30 PM, with food served at 5:00 PM 'til it's gone. We are ordering food for 200 people (no advance tickets will be sold) FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Kids games and rides - Adult beverages - Silent Auction - live "Goat" raffle - FUN!!! We hope to see you there! CLICK HERE for more information. Fishing Contest: Saturday after Labor Day, September 11th is Pete's Fishing contest and fry! Just show up at the Public Access area at 7:00 AM. Fishing derby from 7-10:30 AM or so, with a potluck fish fry following. We usually get 35-40 people and it's a great time! Email Distribution: It is a constant struggle trying to get email addresses of 250 plus members and spouses and then keep it updated. Please forward your email address to us so we can send you newsletters and other info via email. Print mailings cost your association money and volunteer time. Also; save a tree!
